Programming language, or often termed also with computer language, is a command of technique and / or instructions governing the standard for computers. This programming language is a set of rules of syntax and semantics used to define computer programs. This language allows a programmer can specify exactly which data will be processed by the computer, how this data will be stored / transmitted, and precisely what kind of steps to be taken in various situations.

According level programming language consists of:

1. Low Level Language

2. Intermediate Language
* As an example is the assembly language (eg CMP, MOV, PIC, etc.).
3. High Level Language
