Management information system (MIS)

Management information system (MIS) (English: management information system, MIS) is part of the internal controls of a business that includes the use of human, documents, technology, and accounting procedures by management to solve business problems such as cost of products, services, or a strategy business. Differentiated management information systems with common information systems because the SIM is used to analyze other information systems applied in operational activities of the organization. In academia, the term is generally used to refer to the group management method of information related to the automation or support of human decision making, eg decision support systems, expert systems and executive information systems.
